It's unbelievable 😳 Growing up we used q-tips and into our adult years we have used q-tips until we started hearing q-tips are bad for your ears. Well, that is correct. I couldn't believe what I saw in mine. It hurts getting it out.

Purchased this device because my daughter has a rare skin disorder in her ear canal. It worked 3 times. Now, it will no longer connect and does not show in my Wi-Fi list. Waste of money and time. Do yourself a favor and purchase another brand because this brand is not worth the money you'll spend.

It worked for all of 5 minutes. Then the camera froze, the app crashed, and now the device Wi-Fi no longer shows up in my list of networks. I've followed all tutorials to correct the settings on both the device and my phone. The Be Bird network shows in my history of networks on occasion, but no matter what it doesn't show as an active network. Fortunately it's not a total waste of money, the app works on my partner's phone for now. Really disappointed, the app devs need to correct this.
