Unusable. It says I should complete my profile before I can book a ride, but deletes my phone number and makes the input field unusable when I click on edit. Even if I enter all required data except the phone number field which is unusable it says not all required data is entered.

Always busy, can't call a cab. Also, I can't edit my profile to add info because the phone number disappears when I try.

The app keeps asking for an update every other day, which makes it inconvenient for use. There is no point in waiting for an update when you are in a rush and in need of a taxi.
