Best food delivery app ever. It saved me in the 6 months I was living out without any means to cook and honestly, apart from one or two occasional mishaps and one incident with the delivery agent, this is the best choice for food delivery. My one suggestion to Behrouz is to not delegate agencies for delivery because I had my order not delivered and the support not helping either. Please work on that, and you'll be the best!

Mr Ashish Shakur of Behrouz Biryani Bangalore. Our most awaited order biryani for dinner today was not delivered. Anand stated that gate was locked, and he called many times which came as SPAM calls. Calling to customer care asking us to pay again for next order. When we wanted to speak to delivery person customer care person was only shielding delivery person. Our food was given to someone without our knowledge. Is this how leadership team of Behrouz operate like BEG, BORROW Biryani 🤔

I hardly order from Behrouz biryani, tofay I ordered by 3:15 p.m and still not received my order yet, it's 4:23 p.m. now, this is ridiculous, if there is going to be delay they should have mentioned it, even though the normal delivery time is 45 mins, which is too long as compared to others. Really disappointed with the service.
