★★★★★ MAF had gone beyond expectations. My Rehab has tried his best to accommodate all our requests and has done so professionally.

★★☆☆☆ Not allowing online payment. Also, not allowing to attach payment receipt after direct bank transfer.

★★☆☆☆ Useless app. You can't get anything done through it. Property info/details are not uploaded or uploaded incorrectly. Payments don't go through. Requests are extremely complicated to initiate, follow up on and/or close!! Statements and invoices are not generated on time. Overall, Bad service through every channel of service they have!!

★★☆☆☆ The app is unresponsive and the people managing it are useless. As tenants, we are forced to use this application to move in, out, and to submit requests for whatever we need... Yet they make no effort to ensure it's working. Legally, it is not even in their jurisdiction to do what they do. I had issues moving in, issues with the access card, and when I recently renewed my contract (paid in full btw) they decided to not check the newly uploaded contract and just deactivate all of my access cards
