Intuitive, easy to use app. Makes my headphones sound excellent as it allows me to fine-tune the tone. I'm always greedy for more bass, so B&O if you can do something about it in the app, that would be even better. But as it stands the sound quality is excellent and the bass is mind-blowing

I hav d H4 and i hav been unable to connect it to my HTC desire.I have deleted the app n reinstalled it,switched off my device and put it back on and gone to ur support page to know whats next to do,bt unfortunately i still cant connect it to my device.I sent an email as well,to lay my complain.my H4 is new and it has been connected and used bfr bt jus suddenly stopped working and refused to connect,when i try pairing,it keeps telling me 'rejected by beoplay'.pls help .... Thank you,its workin nw

The app works smoothly, and updating the firmware on my H4 headset was as easy as I could hope for. Bonus points for continuing an interrupted (user error) software update mid-stream instead of starting over. That's the kind of quality you expect from a high end product, well done.

Very limited functionality compared to similar products (such as Sony). UX not very intuitive. Wasn't able to complete set up as headphones didn't pause when taken off yet no other way to move to the next step (tried multiple times). definite space for improvement.

Does not work properly. Not user friendly. And worse is that the buds just turn off without reason even during play. VERY DISSATISFIED especially considering the cost of the product. I can sometimes tap the R bud as many times as I wish, it juat doea not power up!

This app demands location for non convincing reason. If choosing no location then app will not function. OK, I will uninstall. Sorry but I don't care for your reason to want my location. **Update: the volume button on my phone doesn't require my location so seems incredible how BEO volume control app needs a location!!!

Frustrating being very difficult to connect across multiple B&O Bluetooth speakers and multiple Android devices. B&O most definitely need to fix this as it just comes over a sloppy and little more than an afterthought. Majority of the time I don't even bother with the app as it's an exercise in frustration to get it connected to B&O's own products. B&O seems completely unconcerned/disinterested with zero input and why recently bought wireless earbuds from BOSE & Sennheiser...
