★★★★★ Works as it should, no issues. The aids have limited Bluetooth range, so if you walk away from your phone you'll lose partial connection, while the aids still function perfectly. To reestablish control of the app, there is no need to uninstall the app or restart the aids or the phone, simply close the app and know that the app is still running in the background, you need to stop the app there. Then restart the app, it'll function perfectly after that.

★★★★★ Unfortunately I cannot connect hearing aids to Google pixel I have to buy a sound clip-a which is expensive for me had I realized I would have stayed with iphone

★★☆☆☆ As many have stated I lose connectivity in one aid or another and then have to unpair and pair the hearing aids again to the app. Old app worked great, no issues. New version requires a long time to connect and then at times one or the other aid does not connect. I emailed Bernafon customer support and was told to reach out to the hearing clinic where i received the aids. Personally I don't think it has anything to do with the hearing aid clinic. I believe the issue with the app.

★★☆☆☆ My new Bluetooth hearing aids allow me to adjust the volume but not stream music. What's the point?
