★★☆☆☆ Ordered a product before Christmas and paid extra more to get it in 2 days, and it was scheduled to arrive in 2 days but now a month already and still haven't received it and taking soo long to solve this problem

★★☆☆☆ Firstly, Whenever I try to update this app it keeps going back to the word" update" when I bitterly finished updating it, second of all I ordered two orders from the store in the country that I am in from this app, so the first order came, but the second didn't come at first I thought it was a normal hut then I asked the workers at Bertha why was my order taking time they told me it needs maximum two weeks now it has been more than two weeks and the money is paid but still didn't receive my order

★★☆☆☆ The app has serious issues! I placed an order, and it appeared error and then I wanted to pay again I could not. It showed that I will still get the clothes and 2 hours later they cancel my order. I selected the clothes again that appeared they were still in stock and when I went to check the basket none were in stock.

★★☆☆☆ My order was very late and incomplete. I have a wait a MONTH for my package and even then, some of my times were cancelled, even though I have ordered and paid the weeks before. 😔
