I've had ZERO problems with this app. People are complaining about ads when YOU ALL have a choice to subscribe with ads or pay for it without ads. Apparently, nobody reads. All of my shows have worked. The only miniscule problem is when a new season starts, it takes a week or so to update on the app. Season 6 of The Oval started Jan 7th, and it still isn't updated on the 10th. I'm fine with that. I'm just overly excited to watch it! This app is only 5.99, and yet people are whining about ads.

I have been a subscriber for about a year I been having issues ever since have not been able to watch not one single time at all, but I'm steady being charged for the service I have tried multiple times and multiple ways to fix problems even reaching out to y'all multiple times n still unsuccessful I need y'all to fix problem n reimburse me all my money back from when signing on with y'all n feel I should be credited for all my hassles n problems I been having it's very draining texting n not speak

I used to love this app, but it's been getting on my nerves lately. It keeps crashing. When I click the app, it just stays on the BET logo screen. It won't even let me in to watch anything. Is this what I'm paying for?! It's not even worth it!
