★★★★★ The individual and group therapy sessions are helping me think better and feel more grounded.

★★★★★ I do well with in person therapy. However, I've found live phone sessions very helpful as well. I've found that being able to not have to travel is great, and being in my own environment is a plus as well. My therapist is really helpful in helping me see things I've not done before. I would recommend BetterHelp to anyone.

★★☆☆☆ Shame on Ramsey for recommending this. I used app for about 2 months and thngs were good, then I didn't see a reason to continue the service, at Christmastime when the therapist was going to be away, I thought that I would stop things. I did. BetterHelp thought that I should continue getting changed, so for the last month they have been charging me $80 a week. When I reached out to them, they said that they would extend my therapy which I don't need. Although I may need a therapist, now.

★★☆☆☆ These aren't real therapists. They give very generic advice typically, and after trying multiple "therapists" on the platform, I'm heavily questioning their credibility. Therapy needs to be in depth, and you need to connect with your therapist for it to work. The "therapists" on here either aren't dedicating the time anf energy needed to actually help people, or they aren't actually a therapist, so they aren't capable of helping. Bottom line, if you need actual help, don't use this app

★★☆☆☆ Better help has sent me emails on more than one occasion asking me to pay them even though they "cannot find me a therapist." You should not give these people money for no reason.
