★★★★★ First day ✌🏼 Amazing feeling, not difficult to follow, only 16 minutes exercises, instead of nothing, this is something! Even if you can't follow the perfect diet, at least spend 16 minutes of your day to do it! I think will help me to be more flexible and more energy will be added on my day as I am working 9-5, sitting all day🫠✌🏼 I will return in few weeks and share my results, promise ✌🏼 leaving this review here, in order to find it in few weeks, and thanks myself for my decision 🫶🏼

★★★★★ I really like the app. The workouts are great especially for beginners, they have videos to go along with the workout. I wish they would connect to Samsung watch. I have a smartwatch but don't want to buy their watch to track all my steps

★★☆☆☆ The workouts were super low quality and when I canceled my subscription after a couple of days. I didn't get my money back. They sent an email telling me my account was active when I have screenshots that it is canceled. Update-received a note from Better Me stating ending a subscription doesn't automatically equal a refund. Really after just 3 days? Cute.

★★☆☆☆ The experience on Android is very different from an Apple device. If you use both, your data won't sync, and you get different features, even though you pay the same price.

★★☆☆☆ Literaly selected a workout with abs in title I thought it was only thing in title, I start doing workout and I literally have to skip almost all the workouts because it wasn't abs it was arms
