It's ok in theory but if you use it, start the walking timer and then close your phone, the app also closes and the timer resets and you lose all your progress. The app should be able to run in the background. I would have given a 5 out of 5 if it weren't for that bug. Please fix and I will give you 5 stars.

Can't switch between length of meditation without uninstalling app! I chose 10 minutes just exploring the app and can't get anywhere in the app other than the 10 minute walks! 2 stars bz there are 30 different walks at the 10-minute length.
