All my digital banking experience is pleasant but Bfsfcu. Its digital banking leaves much to be desired and frustrating. I had brought numerous issues by phone, emails, in person and finally gave up. Taking photo of check to deposit is hit-and-miss. I deposited an IRS check and got msg it went through. Then IRS said that the check they issued was never cashed and past the cashing grace period. I wonder how many checks I supposedly successfully deposited online but didn't get credited to my

Most of the functions work properly. Check deposit is a different story, though. I also bank with M&T and I deposit checks there because their application is far superior. I've decided to give BFSFCU another shot to see if they made any improvements in the past two years. Some minor changes were made, yet if you aren't a professional photographer, I recommend avoiding this app.
