Great app and device, easy to install, set up the Wi-Fi and full control with the timer, Alexa and directly through the app or manually by the buttons.

Love the parental controls for locking the wall sockets to the timer only and disabling the buttons. Only issue is that the app can be a bit clunky as you have to go into the settings to turn off the parental controls in order to change the settings or turn on the sockets on the odd occasion. Plus you then have to remember to turn the parental lock back on... I'd like to be able to change the settings with the physical buttons remaining locked

Android app just does not work to set up devices. Had to log in to an old iPad and set up via the iOS app instead.

Following the app's options to connect to a power socket, EVERY step leads you to a dead end. The blue flashing lights are 'solid' on 2 out of 3 sockets, which according to the electrician, indicates they are connected. - They cannot be seen in the app. So, tried the other options to connect to the Wi-Fi of the socket itself... the app then instructs you to connect to BG HOME XXXX Wi-Fi which does not exist. No forgot password option either! Get 1 * 'cos 0 not available.

App continually crashes when trying to add double sockets, and have to wait while the socket times out to be able to restart the process. Smart set up hangs every time, and AP mode crashes the app!
