★★★★★ Marchant registration in next update very fast and vioce notification from payment received in marchant and aad staff for marchant small business use for this app

★★★★★ I am not able to register on this App due the reason that this app is not fetching OTP automatically and there is no option to do it manually.

★★★★★ I recently switched from the GPay app to the BHIM app mainly to use the UPI Circle feature, which allows my parents to join in on digital payments. However, I feel the UI needs a couple of improvements: 1. The app should prompt for fingerprint authentication as soon as it opens, rather than asking for a code. 2. The UPI code buttons are cramped at the bottom. It would be great if they followed the design approach of GPay or Phoneme for a more user-friendly experience.

★★☆☆☆ This app’s UI is terrible. No option to manually enter OTP, and auto-read doesn’t work. Now I'm locked out after “exceeding attempts to link” my device for the day. It also lacks a way to manually input credit card details. The UPI PIN buttons are crammed at the bottom, making it hard to use. Plus, where’s the NFC tap-and-pay option? The design feels rushed and unpolished—check Google Pay or Phoneme for how it should be done. Overall, a frustrating and poorly designed app.

★★☆☆☆ The auto read otp feature doesn't work. And the app doesn't allow manual entering of otp. Not sure what kind of security restriction is that if sending token through sms is also done from the device or the pms at bhim just suck!

★★☆☆☆ The app just cannot auto read the OTP. And for some mysterious reason, won't let me enter it manually. Horrible app design.
