★★★★★ Great app The app works perfectly, I would like to see the add of a panic button to the app. Since I always carry my phone with me I can use the app.

★★★★★ Very Impressed Bright House Security, along with the app, have far exceeded my expectations. I figured with the service being newer, it would not be as well developed. The App works perfectly on all my devices (Nexus 5, and Nexus Tablets). I also have iOS devices in which it works perfectly on as well. I have not had one single issue. The app is straight forward and easy to use. The system itself I have never had any issue with either. Its a great deal in my opinion. No contracts (like ADT and others require). Both reps that have been to my house have been great. 5 stars.

★★★★★ Great! Apparently some people are using this app on devices that aren't really supported, not the apps fault.....it does allow you to arm away, arm stay, and arm night. The video is a little laggy (just a few seconds), but what do you expect connecting over a network, right? No complaints!

★★☆☆☆ Cameras not working Since the last update to galaxy note 4 the cameras can only give still picture and not a continous feed as before. Works fine on other devices.

★★☆☆☆ What about the droid tablets? Very disappointed that this app is not geared for android tablets. Bright house needs to produce an HD version of this app quick for droid tablets.

★★☆☆☆ New update This new update will not let me access my camera, says my broadband is offline, and says the system is on night arm and is not armed. Please fix this quickly because this app is very essential for my family and myself…
