Works as it should. First day issues were fixed by logging out, logging back in. Even called the help desk, in English, and they were helpful as much as possible. This bike sharing platform is managed by the city. You know it's good if locals are using it PRO TIP: keep your trips under 1hr. Over 1hr-3 €. 59minutes- €1. Every 30 min- €0.5. Good deal.

The new app works way better than the old one. However, more than once, I got error messages when trying to open a bike. Contacting the support inside the app did solve the problem. A still not resolved problem is the full stations in the morning: Sometimes you can't return your bike because of the lack of free spots. What do we do when all the stations around are full? Floating return often doesn't work...

Found it impossible to navigate this awful app. After many attempts at navigating the sign-up system and failing yo unlock a bike gave up attempting to access a bike. Could not recommend as a tourist looking for a quick cycle. Not helped by my lack of Spanish of course.

I cannot finish signing up, because the app will not accept my card. I enter my details and my bank verifies the card correctly, but then the app gives me an error with no description and sends me back to adding a card.

Horrible app. I've tried a million times to register, but they won't send the code to my phone number. I tried with my partner's phone number since he's Spanish and I wondered if my American number was causing an issue. NOPE. They wouldn't even send the code to his number either. My tip to anyone in Madrid, find other methods of travel because this bike app is guaranteed not to work. Don't bother wasting your time like I did.
