Taking out and returning Bikes works about 30% of the time. Sometimes have to go to 5–6 stations before you can find a slot that would allow you to return your bike. No customer service responds. Felt like I paid for a subscription and got nothing for it

If you have a British passport you cannot use this app as it expects the verification code on your passport to be a number and on mine it is a letter. What a shame as it would have been nice to cycle around Panama.

July 2024: Can't get past the payment-screen. All filled in. All green checkboxes. I think I have to check an acknowledgement-box, but that that's hidden underneath the 'confirm'-button. Since the text continues underneath. And during the process there were more examples of text being underneath boxes/numbers only bottom half visible. Can't reach the checkbox, also not by rotating screen (app doesn't do rotating screen). So can't complete registering...
