Worst experience, their mechanic played around without having knowledge of reparing a Royal Enfield. He cut through various wires, I moved the bike to Royal Enfield mechanic, and it was fixed. BikeFixup mechanic asked for Rs. 900. Such a ripoff

The service experience was horrible on multiple levels by Mr Imran Pasha. I usually only use authorized service centers for my Himalayan but even with a working battery it was not starting hence used them for the 'towing' as the authorized service centers don't have it. However, it was so bad that I will push the vehicle to the authorized center next time. They will add things into the service you never asked for, when asked to remove, will add new things like 'cylinder kit' forcefully

I got bike service from your app only, but it is worst service. On 13th May done my service after from 4 days engine oil was leaking and still it is getting leaking. I have notified this to that repair on last Monday still he didn't resolve my problem. Three options giving to this company 1. Repair my bike what happened to that with free of cost. 2. Give me back my service and repair cost what paid to you. 3. I will repair outside how much they cost pay it. Chose one option and reply.
