Easy and convenient to use for punctual act. However, Bil net online via token is necessary for management and cross- checks for multiple accounts, checking transfer lists and downloading account statements. I hope the BIL directors understand that we could and did survive quite well without the app. The app is fine, but it's NOT A SUBSTITUTE for the online site via PC. The site is primordial, should be maintained and kept highly secure. Without it, I would have to go back to paper statements.

The application works as advertised. Easy to change limits and manage cards. Only wish there was customer support on weekends for issues besides losing my card. (E.g. change credit card limits)

Unable to login since the latest update, and the website is redirecting to the app on the phone. I cannot access my account. What kind of bank doing this?

Very buggy app!! Keeps asking login credentials on and on but does not let me log in, although all data is correct. Out of 4 banking apps I run, this is clearly the worst! I run latest Android 14 with all updates. Clearly ain't my phone's fault. Btw, also happened on my previous phone as well (different brand/android 13, all updated)
