The has been very unstable, especially with logins. It can't even handle properly saving user credentials and letting users login without any issues. For the past couple months, I can't remember being able to log in without resetting my password. The first few times, I thought it is a glitch, but now I can see that it is a clear pattern and a nasty bug. The Burbank app simply doesn't hanle logging in properly.

One star is not even close to describe the sheer amount of utter hatred I have towards this app. The existence of something like this and the fact that the citizens of this country have to use and rely on something as poorly made as this is a tragedy in my eyes. I hate how slow it is, I hate how it barely works I hate everything about it and wish that it burns to ground. But I digress now, I have no more words to describe just how awful the product is.

The first page (where it wants my phone's PIN) is absent, it shows only white screen. I can't proceed to see my balance etc.

Terrible application! If I had my way, I would fire your entire IT department. There are constant problems with the application. Your server constantly gives errors and because of this, it is impossible to make payments or transfers properly! At critical moments when you urgently need to make a payment, YOUR SERVER DOES NOT RESPOND! And this is one of the biggest banks in Azerbaijan! Terrible!
