Bad Experience. Received food 1 hr and 20 minutes later, that too after several follow-up calls. The outlet is just 100 meters away from my place.

Worst experience in delivery. Delivered Biryani after 1 hr 20 mins for a distance of 1 km. Crazy thing is I have called the outlet, and they told they forgot the order and started saying no Delivery boy available. And received after waiting of more than 1 hr 10 mins Unfortunately the quality of the Biryani is also worst. Which I have never experienced till today.

Last night we had ordered food from Biryani Zone. We had ordered food at 10:55 which was supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes. We tried calling Biryani Zone continuously from 11:40, but the mobile was switched off. After that I complained, but there was no reply from support but then went to Marathalli Biryani Zone at 11:55 and when I asked for the biryani, they told me that the biryani is not yours, so it will not be delivered to you. I have done payment but did not receive the food.
