Migrating from Ledger and Cold Card and I love Bit Box! As I don't trust Ledger any more I was looking for better security. I went straight to Cold card but was disappointed. I can't see anybody would be able to operate with it after me. With Bit box I feel it is easy enough I can explain it to my kids. Love it and I can only recommend!

You need the hardware plugged in to see your balance. This is stupid and a waste of time, everything is public anyway. Support for alt coins is quite low. Regret not going with my other option of hardware wallet for sure.

Confirmed transaction on device gave error (app) reopened the app, and it sent the transaction without my permission

LOSS MY BTC DEPOSIT ON THIS BITBOX02 WALLET. My BTC deposit did not arrive despite on BTC explorer the tx hash has been confirmed numerous times. Poor customer support, two days to reply on email. Paid 100 euros to get a personal support call but need to wait for 24hrs to have an email confirmation. DO NOT USE THIS WALLET BUYER BEWARE!!!

Bitbox02 Desktop on Windows - Carshes when I click "Send" to Withdraw / Move to exchange. If I can click on "Receive" it doesn't Carsh, but if I click on "Send", then the software immediately crashes and automatically closes out. Restarted many times, Please Resolve this issue! I regret my purchase.
