Changed from 4 stars. User interface is not good. Trades do not happen right away, take hours to clear. Portfolio does not have links to trade. Cannot choose to trade in dollars or units/ coins. I may move my account, Robinhood much easier to use, immediate trades. Looking for alternatives.

I created an account by mistake. I tried to delete the account, but I wasn't able to. I didn't realize these people would start calling me over and over. Hello. PLEASE DELETE MY ACCOUNT BCZ I DON'T HAVE AN IRA OR ANY MONEY. I hv never worked. Thank you! I'll change my review once this issue and the phone calls stop. If I receive calls from other places I will know you have given my number out. I'm telling you I do not authorize my number to be given out. I will see you in court!

Sessions timeout is too short with no way to extend it. Have to log in almost every time I return to use the app. I left Schwab because of this. At least extend the timeout session to 10 minutes.
