Hello, I have been using this app on the free plan for a month. I just upgraded the speed to the platinum plan with my credit card but after 2 days it still shows as free plan, and the speed is the same as before. I have a transaction ID but no upgrade has happened. I'm worried you have my card details and this app is a scam to get them. I emailed the support email immediately but as yet, no reply.

This is a fake app. So many Ads. You can't earn money in it. Its earning limit is very low, and withdrawal limit is very high. This app is designed only for fraud. I am using this app from last 2 years but till date I could not withdraw money. Do not use or download this app. It wastes your time and money. The app developers do not support you or give you any help. Do not reply to emails. Allow all coins to be withdrawn separately. Reduce the minimum withdrawal amount further. Thanks.
