★★★★★ Hi, I love your app! A question and remark though: I've submitted some texts for blink extractions and the app provided multiple versions. In one case it was 2, and in the 2nd case even 4. What's the difference between them? Are these different AI engines? I've also noticed, that these extractions skip examples that are present in the text. I understand that a generalization is required, but in some cases it misses important insights.

★★★★★ I didn't think I would care much for this App, but I LOVE IT. the only issue is the app stops working and closes every once in a while which is annoying but other than that it's a great app, especially if you've been wanting to read books and haven't gotten to see many as you had hoped than I suggest this app!

★★☆☆☆ I hate this app. I thought I was doing a trial and five days later, I cannot end my trial and seem stuck with a bad $136 decision. I do not find anything useful here. Do not fall for this!

★★☆☆☆ Bug? I like to read and highlight the texts instead of listening, because I feel I learn more that way. However, when I go to highlight, the text jumps, and I have to find where I was. Then successfully marked piece of text. Press "highlight" nothing happens. Try again, then it sometimes starts working but most of the time shuts down the app. Reopen the app, can't access what I'm reading or ANY title and the app claims there's an internet issue (there's not). Close and reopen doesn't help.

★★☆☆☆ I opted for this app and selected weekly payments, yet an annual fee was deducted from my card, how do I get a refund as this was not what the payment method described.

★★☆☆☆ I discovered my preschooler accidentally subscribed to blinkist using my registered ATM card Pls, I beg you, kindly help us and do a refund. The money is meant for our feeding for the month. I never knew what was going on until I got a debit in my account. Pls., I beg you, save a soul. This isn't a hoax, I have all receipts, Pls, look into this. This is my experience on Blinkist. Customer support is so poor that I mailed severally and no response. I need my money refunded. Thank you
