If it ain't broke don't fix it. This app is way better! According to the reviews on the new blue digital app, no one is happy with the change. I'd rather keep this one. Hopefully all the corrections are made to the new one before this one goes away. (I refuse to use the new one until I'm forced too, it's that bad).

Biometrics used to be supported but not supported anymore. At least the PIN is still here and mostly works. You have to verify phone number and re-enable PIN login every 90 days or so. Of course, they never tell you that your PIN login gets disabled, so it's simply something you're supposed to know on your own. The app is okay. Also lets you access full websites which is usually what I do through this app to be able to do external transfers etc.

I think it's a decent app for banking, could use a bit of an easier UI. But I won't take it for granted while I still can use it given that the reviews for the "new" version of the app are terrible.

Why don't I have Belle in my blue account app

This app is as convoluted as their website. Navigation is not intuitive. And it doesn't even display all the info you'd want unless you click on "go to full website", which just opens the website inside the app, and it isn't even mobile responsive. Apparently someone stuck in the 90s built this. Also, super fun to see ads all over your financial app.

Blue seriously needs to overhaul the whole app. Looks so outdated, and it's not easy to use. Needs to be streamlined and look better.

DON'T BANK HERE... they take money for a fee on a checking account they don't offer anymore. Stopped offering it a month after I opened it and didn't notify me. Payed $220 in fees, and they won't help me at all. Only option from them was to close my account and open a new account. So I closed my account, and now I can't bank with them for 12 months!!!!! My tax refund was direct deposited to them!!!!! Tried to open an account at a different bank, but I can't because of this bank...
