Love this app. I have bought 6 different Bluetti solar generators. Three of them I can control with this app. Also, this app allows you to earn Bluetti Bucks, get coupons, deals, register your Bluetti products. It tells you the temp and weather.

Great solar generator so far. The only setback is that you receive two deliveries. The actual generator came from FedEx, and the solar panels came by UPS. I had to call Bluetti to get my solar panel delivery started because they don't tell you this. Bluetti or Walmart needs to let you know that there are two deliveries, and this should happen automatically, and the buyer should not have to call to get this started.

Horrible app totally useless can't connect either of my power stations. Why even make an app that doesn't work? I have the ac 500 and the ac 180 and neither work with the app, but both are supposed to.

Error, error, error! Always having a hard time connecting to this app. And I'm two ft. from it! I love the product (so far), just wish they could update this app to everyone's needs a little better.

Needs major improvements (stats etc.). I cannot find the statistics in the app, am I missing something? I think of time to full charge or discharge, daily trends of input and output, etc

2 years later & app is still bloatware. Awful UI with intentional misc lick design. In app ads. Too many button presses to do simple repetitive things. Too many useless features for an app that should be very simple. 90% of things people will never use. Missing many "convenience" features (widgets, timers, scheduling, auto BT syncing...). Requires login. Repeatedly asks for it. Tracks users. This app desperately needs a simple stripped down version with core functionality features only.
