The hardware is totally unreliable. I've got the wireless module replaced once. The wireless module will "hang" every few days. The only way to reset is to pull the power cable. There is no power switch. Imagine you're away from home and the wireless module don't respond. How do you monitor your home? Defeat the purpose of paying for a wireless module. I will not recommend Blugard to anyone. TOTALLY UNRELIABLE...!!!!

It always takes about 5s++ to connect which I don't think it is acceptable for an alarm system app. Feel like so insecure. And almost 99.99% fail to connect when I'm outside and using mobile data. I'm sure my mobile data is all good, I'm able to browse every app but just can't connect into blue guard. My husband's phone can connect using mobile data from the same telco. FYI I'm using Samsung Flip. I encountered this issue ever since my first use few months ago, but it seems never been fixed.

Some mobile phone like oppo & vivo cannot access P2P module when using mobile data but using Wi-Fi to connect is ok.

With this new version we need to log in to view the event log but now unable to view it, keep on loading... besides no more notification prompt out. Is this call improvement?
