A really great banking app. Getting a little complicated now*, and I'm disappointed that my insurance details are no longer in the app, but it does the basics really well and is fast. *E.g. 1: simplify the menu by combining Transfer Money and Make a Payment, which are essentially the same - one uses BNZ accounts and the other payees - perhaps you could order it to allow a beneficiary selection of payee or account - the rest is the same. E g. 2: allow sorting payees alphabetically.

Still no decent international transfers setup. Been waiting years for it and still nothing. Progress is slow with bnz even PayPal it's higher than bnz on the charts and that's a huge scam app. So what's that tell you.

Terrible app. Transfers are unintuitive and when you get a message, you were notified, but the app opens to the accounts, and you have to do 3 clicks to read the note. Feels like an app from 2010

App was working fine in late 2023. After an Android security update and BNZ app update the app no longer works like it did before. Now nearly all the time I get an error message preventing me from doing mobile phone banking. The app is now as good as useless. Update: Still can't do what I need to do and still need to go through the setup process every time I open the app.
