Great app massive amount of fitness and nutrition content for members of BAC

This is a two part review with one part focusing on the app and the other on the content. The app is easy to navigate and use. Information is easy to find. There's a good variety of workouts available with modifications for all fitness levels. Amy is a wonderful coach. She takes time to explain the exercises and provide modifications. My PT says Amy's workouts are one of the best things I've done for my health. The Saturday live workouts are one of the highlights of my week.

App keeps crashing my entire phone I love Amy and was so looking forward to this app for this month's challenge, but every time I open the app it freezes my entire phone to the point that I can't even turn off the screen, and it has to force restart itself. I'll try again after the next update.
