Don't expect any tips. When someone orders food on Bolt food, the app offers the option to of "no tip", 1, 2 or 3 euros. The fact that the number doesn't go any higher tells us what Bolt thinks of delivery men.

Worst customer support ever. In live chat for couriers they reply after 2–3 days. And for waiting time of 20–25 mins at the restaurant they pay 3 pln as a compensation. 0 start is better, but I can't give it.
