★★☆☆☆ Wow as a US based customer, I have never seen such a bias against the customer support in my life. I had to escalate a fight and send multiple detailed message with screenshot to get back my money on a fee that was obviously incorrect. It's obvious from the location history, the chat and my screenshots that the driver wasn't in the correct location. It's even clear from the driver's messages: are you in Arrival/Departures? Me: Arrivals. Driver: I'll drive to you in Arrivals. Pickup:Arrivals.

★★☆☆☆ At first, they give you a good and comfortable ride then it begins worsening and worsening. Today I paid for a ride two times, but it was not responding. After seeing that I tried to pay again and All in VAIN. They did not transact my money back. I tried to report this problem, but there was no option for that. Unfortunately I did not attend my morning classes because of that. Why would they do this after being there customer for long? This is a useless app. This people are thieves and scammers!!!

★★☆☆☆ Nice app. Garbage drivers who either drive like crazy or sweet talk you for a tip just to give you one star and ruin your score. The prices jump up and down like crazy within 5 min time. So many times I had to wait 30 min for someone to finally accept the ride just to have them cancel it 5 min before they arrive. I'm done with Bolt. Never going to use it again.
