App needs to work The App is a nice idea, but let down by a couple of flaws. First, you cannot edit your basket prior to ordering. Removing mistakenly added items proved impossible, or, at least, not obvious to the end user. Secondly, there is little point in offering discounts by phone text message if they cannot be automatically applied to your order or account. No reminder to manually apply a discount code means you end up sometimes inadvertently over paying.
