The app is super user-friendly, and I love the real-time tracking feature (No more lies from Taxi Services). Prices are fair, wait times are short, and drivers are courteous. It's my go-to service, when I am not driving. Highly recommended!

Nice to finally have a service that's reliable and efficient. You can track where your driver is, the time they will take to pick you up and to get to your location, and the best part is that the drivers' information is there that you can share. If cars are unavailable, and you have to wait, customer service calls to see if you're still interested and sends a car. The efficiency is a plus for me.

Prompt and reliable. I use book a ride to transport my daughter from school to class or the office. There's a great sense of security in know exactly where she is and when she'll arrive. This is the service Guyana has been waiting for ❤

Sign up is trash. I fill all the details, and it still is asking for me to fill some missing things. It's not stating what. Smh.

Wait time for car availability can be utterly ridiculous 6 times out of 10, but things are usually smooth once you get through. The app lags and is buggy though.

Something wrong with the app, I can't get past the OTP part in the signing up, nothing won't move, and I can't get passed it, I tried 3 times, delete & installed again and again, I really want this app, but it's giving an issue with the signing up
