In May 2020 Boom gaming block me after I paid $40 for bucks. It said I had to make a new account but, when I put new passwords or anything it would say they weren't valid. I spoke to someone and tried to get back to boom and my account was and still is closed even though I used the correct password. So I can't get the game or the money back. What recourse do I have? I am not good with computers because I have a dramatic brain Injury with short term memory. I love playing boom bingo😩😩😩.

I really like this app. The only problem there is, when you purchase cards. They don't show up. One time I was on the animal bingo, I purchased 24 cards and I didn't get anything. It had been frozen. So I went to another site. Needless to say, I didn't know if I won anything, nor was I reimbursed.

I added the boom gaming channel to my Roku TV and started playing on there. I kept seeing this add for a companion app that allows me to play and connect through my phone, so I looked it up and installed the app on my phone. Once I installed the boom gaming app to my phone I've been trying to add/connect this companion app for boom gaming and I can't get it to work. I'm really frustrated because I paid for something I can't use as advertised, and I can't add a profile picture for some reason.
