★★★★★ It's definitely helpful, I haven't had to revert to the website. The only problems I did have were to do with the bags I deposited. One time, I was missing a whole bag, contacted support, and a few days later, I was funded for another bag. Other time, 2 of 4 FULL bags had deposits that were a 1/3 (if not 1/4) of the actual bags, and they funded me an approximate amount, which was close enough. Both problems were fixed within days! I didn't even get a reply the last time. I just saw the fix!

★★★★★ Easy to drop off green bags in the back with your card to scan and go! There are other colored bags for donations to non-profit organizations. Oregon Dog Rescue is just one of many! Please help our nonprofits!

★★★★★ Someone stole my bags of bottles and never gave me credit , I emailed bottle drop, and they never got back to me,,,U have people stealing bags of cans from the people dropping bags off, u need to put a stop to whose ever steeling the bags of cans,,, it was at the beaverton Oregon Fred Myers, I'm out over 100 dollars. Watch the cameras and u will see I dropped off 10 bags and only got credit for 3 bags did they think I wasn't going to notice

★★☆☆☆ The app won't let me log in and stay logged in. I'm constantly trying to remember the username and password for a bottle drop that I barely use. Here's a hint leave us logged in.

★★☆☆☆ TRANSFER FUNDS button is covered up by the "about balance transfers" button which makes it IMPOSSIBLE TO TRANSFER FUNDS! What exactly is the point of the app if you can't transfer funds? Total L

★★☆☆☆ Won't let me log in to my account. I've tried to log in on more than one phone and the app won't let me, but I can on the website.

★★☆☆☆ The only thing this app is good for is to quickly check your balance... IF you're not randomly required to log in manually. The app doesn't allow for fingerprint enabling or Google save passwords so when I'm at the quick drop door and there's a line behind me, I open the app, and it's requiring manual entry. Who remembers every username and password format requirements? Not me, they're all different. Problems scanning the QR code more than half the times at the drop door or kiosk. Please fix it.
