★★★★★ Earlier I used to love this app and I referred many of my friends, But now it became very worst than anything. I ordered headset from bounty with 999 points, and I didn't receive the product because the postman unable to reach me. For this they deducted 50 points it's fine & they asked me for reorder I said yes and given same address, after that there is no reply from them and whenever I chat they will say ' All ninjas are busy contact tomorrow' I tried for 18 days but no reply & no status on my order or points. So I'm requesting bounty crew to learn first give a proper reply. Don't say Everytime ur busy. If u r busy after completion of ur work contact that person , I think u never tried this and if possible please provide the status of my headset and about bounty points. With very regret, Hari. :-(:-(

★★★★★ A wonderful app i have ever seen. The chat support is very quick and responsive. Really thankful to the Creator of this app. Helped me a lot. The only drawback is the offers. The offers were better few months ago. But I have faith in bounty that they can get much better offers than at present.

★★☆☆☆ These Bounty people are doing fraud.. If we redeemed bit higher rated vouchers they are not at all giving those vouchers.. Here my story goes I have redeemed a Flipkart voucher for 500 points but I didn't get any voucher then on the redeemed day itself I contacted customer supporting​executive (Bharat) I asked him that when I will get my Flipkart voucher then he said with in three working days it will be given to you then I waited for 3 days but I didn't get any voucher then again I contacted customer care executive (Bharat) He said wait for three more days that we don't have stock currently then again I waited for 4 more days then also I didn't get any voucher then again I contacted customer care executive (Bharat) He said we have a problem with our vendor so we are unable to give you the voucher then I asked him that I have waited eagerly for 7 days after all the waiting that you are not going to give that voucher then I asked him you must provide my Flipkart voucher. Then he said sorry for the inconvenience caused to you I'm forwarding this issue to our senior executive (Imran) This Imran is a very very very Rude person. I asked him you should give me that voucher but he said no we don't provide that to you. Then I asked him that "If you are not willing to give that voucher then why you have kept that offer in redeem section". Then he replied like this "To check who are going to redeem it". Then I got fainted for his reply that's a very very very rude reply.That's why I'm telling you this bounty people are doing "Fraud" and they are not even responding properly If we ask for any assistance they will take hours to give reply worst management. I have screenshots of all the chat conversation and proof of that Flipkart voucher redemption. So please don't install this F**king Bounty app and don't waste your time I'm the best example for this bounty fraud.. That is my final suggestions to you guys.
