★★☆☆☆ Tried on two different devices : "Initialization error". Too bad, I'll do my stuff on the web app : "Please validate this logon through the app". Ok, I'm stuck, what are the options : "Use our virtual AI assistant". If I must, where? "In the app or in the web app". The infernal loop, and I still cannot access my accounts, right at the start of a month when I have bills to pay.

★★☆☆☆ It's been 3 weeks already since I am waiting for my fiscal number to be validated. Because the app asked me my italian fiscal number (I am indeed italian) but I live in france, pay taxes here, and therefore I don't have Italian fiscal number but French. I send my documents to service client, but they are still working on it since beginning of August. Worst part is that when I called service client the told me is a common bug for italians ^^. Plase fix this.
