Slechte app ooit tegen gekomen (en ik ken er nogal wat!) Hoe moet ik inloggen? Hoe krijg ik een password? Wat ik mijn lenersnummer? (Er staan twee nummers op mijn bieb pas.) Ik kon gewoon inloggen op de web site met mijn email een een paswoord. Waarom is dit niet over gezet?

Nieuw wachtwoord aanmaken onmogelijk. De app wijst het wachtwoord af, maar geeft niet aan aan welke eisen het wachtwoord moet voldoen. Onduidelijk of er daarna weer een nieuwe code moet worden opgevraagd die je via mail ontvangt. Na paar keer proberen nieuwe code gebruikt, maar deze wordt niet geaccepteerd.
