this game is a real JOKE, finished tutorial, received the 5 gems for summon, went into summon 30 min later download was still at 20percent, just saying i can run any game on google play in an instant THIS GAME IS A JOKE

Game CRAHSED many times, and I can't connect anymore. I tried to re install it but as a result : I LOST my account. I tried CONTACTING Gumi, but NO answer. DECEIVED.

During the tutorial on summoning, the game freezes during the download process. I want to restart and reset all my saves from the beginning but the game keeps on going back to the downloading part of the tutorial. Can you guys please reset my account or fix this in some other way??
