Hello there, so I have a had my wallet for a year now everything working fine. Recently had an issue requiring support. I contacted them and had a reply with-in 48 hours. My issue was quickly resolved. I am looking forward to any new upgrades especially if they adopt the 'Payid' standard for transferring Ripple. 10/10/21. So to add, was trying out a transfer had a minor technical problem, contacted support, feedback 24hrs with resolution. Again great support team. 5*
