Happy with my Bread card and the app. I'm a fairly new customer and so far have had no issues with the bank or the app. While I did have to call to get my cash back bonus as cash instead of a credit statement which is different from many banks, it was mostly painless, and I received the funds within a couple of days. Honestly, after reading some reviews I am very pleasantly surprised I've had no issues and all is well! Sign up first time was a bit confusing. I'd recommend this card and the app.

Poor interface and, why the hell is it creating a "Congratulations" pop up with SEVERAL notifications when I redeem cashback? More infuriatingly, I can't redeem cashback rewards until my statement posts, even if I have a balance. I pay off my credit cards monthly, so that I don't have a balance on my statement... so, I have to change how I pay my bill for this ONE account, waiting until the statement is created, before I can redeem my cashback... unbelievably, I miss this card being under BofA

Can't access any payments made through bread unless it has some kind of established credit card. I have 2 different payment that I can pay through the super confusing, have to log in 3 different places to be rerouted to their new and improved portal that's impossible to just go to right away, but they just straight up won't let you pay for it in their app. Super weird choice, and if the company I bought my PC offered any other kind of payment plan website/options, I'd have taken it in a heartbeat
