Extra cost construction company, please don't go. Company name is Brick and Bolt, but they will ask extra money for nut and bolt, the contractor who constructed our house is Prajwal from Nandi developers, still a couple of work is pending from him. Also, one cement supplier is coming to my house daily and stating that Prajwal has to pay him ₹8500 due for the cement supplied by him and not yet paid. Till today no response from anyone, PATHETIC - DON'T CHOOSE BRICK AND BOLT

Don't choose Brick and bolt without comparing with other construction. Don't pay advance amount if your not fully satisfied. Because you won't get refund They only advertising their work across various social media platforms. They often offer discounts, especially during seasonal or festival times. However, my personal experience with Brick and Bolt has been disappointing. Despite detailed discussions during the project planning phase, I found discrepancies in their advertised services.
