I want to make payments towards my principal, and it doesn't even offer that option. When I get to talk to CS it's like pulling teeth to get information. This company doesn't believe in talking to people in real time. And they say that the option is there, but it is not. I want to make payments towards my principal not just interest. The options are so minute. I regret utilizing carvana after dealing with this kind of frustration.
