I talk to a tech and told me It's going to be ok in 3 days! I can't log in.it says connect failed! But until now I'm still having a problem...time to cancel my account and look for a better company.plenty out their folks!

I could write a book about the last 3 months that I have been calling to cancel my service. My contract was sold to me as a 24-month contract, but when I tried to cancel they informed me that I had a 3-year agreement! I looked into my notes and found that true, I had taken the salesman at his word and signed. I would not be execrating to say that from Sept. 5 I have spent 20 hours on my telephone trying to connect to them to disconnect my service! In that time I have talked to 5 human beings! I have been put on hold to be forwarded for someone else to help me. THEY NEVER EVER ANSWERED!!! I decided, after so many hold times to wait out the call and see what happens, I waited 1 hour and 25 min. and no one answered!! [I was reading a book]. I have paid my fee of 49.99 for my 2 years, took an unannounced raise to 52.99 in July! Now I find that even though I am 88yrs old, A Korean Disabled Veteran, I will be able to cancel their service by paying them for the next 9 months $52.99 per month for the service of ; 2 Control Panels, 2 door sensors, nothing more!! We only activate our doors at night, don't activate when leaving the house because they gave us 40 sec. to leave, but it takes us longer than that! The only good experience was that I have a health problem, so they furnished me with an emergency fob, My great-grandson and came over, seen this thing hanging on my handrail and inquired about what it was, and I explained that if I fall outside that I will get help!! I pushed the button, About 5 min. later I had 9 Firemen in my driveway!!! Wonderful Service! Thank you for getting all this off my chest! I should sleep better tonight. Why am I cancelling? I am for health problems confined to home care service and no longer need security. God will let me know my future!!!!

It is not reliable app. It never works and you can never get support. I'm finding a new company on Monday Loved Protect America, Brinks is not the same quality.

Since the upgrade from 3G to 5G on my panel last week the app has been offline. Customer service stinks as well.
