I was responding the individual that said their enrollment information had to be updated.ive had that problem before on different cards and it is the employer who issued the card didn't update that pay card number with your name as no address and social

If you're considering a prepaid card find another! I have been with Brinks for years and now when I needed customer service (which yrs ago was fine) now is worthless. I was charged overdraft fees, was supposed to have a 3-day courtesy clearance on unauthorized chg all of it never happened. Then they wouldn't even credit me the $20 fee for 2 night delivery on a card that showed up in an envelope almost torn in half and card bent to where it was unusable and expected me to activate it!!

I have been trying to access my online account and I have not been able to see my statement for my pay. I have contacted brinks and I have not had any success yet. I recommend not using this app because it's the worst.
