★★★★★ Love BRITBOX, watch it more than regular TV

★★☆☆☆ Love the content of britbox, hate the TV app! It regularly forgets login details. Code entry does not work so I laboriously have to enter email and password each time. It has been unable to connect due to error saying content was not available in this country!? Solution was to restart my Sony TV and re-enter login I have now reverted to casting/streaming via the phone app as there are less problems and video resolution is definitely higher

★★☆☆☆ Terrible app. Have subscribed over and over. Receive confirmation of payment. App then tells me to subscribe again. Try again, phone tells me TV already subscribed. Have been going around in circles for months without accessing a single show. Complete rort as far as I can tell. Feels like a scam

★★☆☆☆ Great content. I got logged out. I can't log back in. I try to reset my password and it doesn't accept my email address as valid so I can't. Contacted BritBox and they say my email address is also not valid. I showed them receipts. So, will have to deactivate the account and resign up a million times like I did with Showtime to use it. Don't sign up for Google apps for the tv is my lesson.
