Note: I only use it for climbing No frills, no hassles, no ads or pop-ups. Incredibly simple to see what is available and to book yourself a session. All in all a solid app that does what it should as all apps should!

This app is - quite literally - IMPOSSIBLE to find on the Play Store without a direct link from a Brookes Sport email. Over half its buttons lead to empty pages or have been inactivated. The "News" button is one such, despite being the most obvious location for the latest news about Brookes' response to Covid-19. The app's greeting says "Welcome to Brookes Sport", but the aforementioned deficiencies mean it's anything BUT welcoming. This atrocious app is a shameful stain on Brookes' reputation.

Missing basic features like, there is no confirmation for booking (if you click by mistake, it'll book without asking). Furthermore, you can't cancel the booking through app, there is no option to do it

Booking doesn't work, this is the second time I've lost a booking now because even after I've selected a time, then checked the bookings section its just disappeared. It's probably because I didn't pay for it there and then, but that's broken too and fails every time I try. Also, the color scheme for the Harcourt section of the app is disgusting. Staff are always super helpful on the phones though so shout out to them.
