I give you a 4/5 simply because you need a book in advance option. Everywhere in the modern world has that option except for here it seems. When going to the airport you need to know in advance that you have a ride booked. That being said, I had a perfect ride earlier. Clicked the button, set my address, driver was here in literally 5 minutes. Really good.

So far very good experience. Registration process was easy and fast. Calling a taxi was very simple, updated location, distance and info about the car. Ride arrived, comfortable and safe, and I had updates about its location till the end of the ride. Still things to improve like automatic estimated price to destination, info about driver, and availability in the region before ordering one when on a tight schedule, but great to see so far such app in Italy.

Totally useless app... Even didn't allow registering... Entered the phone number and nothing... So pathetic experience in Bologna. Nobody talks English. Don't have a way to call a taxy at all.

Doesn't work. I tried US and Italian numbers to get it to verify. It doesn't work, and it won't let you order a taxi.
