PLEASE FIX!!! Whenever I change the email and phone number to something different from normal because someone else is picking it up. It still doesn't send the info to what I typed in, it sends it to the info that was originally there and deleted. I shouldn't matter if you have an account send the email and text to what I typed in at checkout!

Bubba's 33 app and website sucks!! Cannot place order on the app or website. The app keeps giving an error that says I need to check my network connection....my connection is fine, and I have switched between Wi-Fi and phone data, and I get the same error message. The website gives a funky error message that makes no sense to me

Spent 30 minutes today trying to order lunch at work. Lunch went by, app is still not working... this is not the first time. Unreliable at best.

Worst ordering app in existence. First, no ability to add sides like a side of ranch or a side of BBQ sauce. Second, you choose a time and for order pickup and by the time you're finished ordering, it won't let you order because the time is no longer available. You have to choose a new time and input your credit card info....takes too long, and it kicks you out again.time is no longer available. This scenario has happened to me more than once. Terrible app. Start over
